Tulotoma magnifica, common name Alabama Live-bearing Snail or tulotoma, is a species of freshwater gastropod in the Viviparidae family. It is endemic to Alabama, the United States.

Description

The shell is large, solid, thick and imperforate.[4] The shape of the shell is obtusely conic.[4] The spire is elevated.[4] Whorls are flattened, nodulous and carinated.[4] The peristome is thin and continuous.[4]

The operculum is concentric, subtriangular, with the inner margin reflected forming an elevated marginal fold.[4]

Animal with a moderate foot, not produced beyond the snout.[4] The snout is small.[4] Radula is multicuspid.[4]
